How packages work:
I believe that every family deserves quality doula support regardless of their financial circumstance. Therefore, I offer a flexible pricing model adapted from the Green Bottle Method. This approach allows each family to choose the tier that reflects their current access to financial resources.
Choose the tier which feels right for where you are today. Based on the range you choose we can discuss what feels best for you and your family for either a payment plan or one time payment. There is no application or proof required, just a thoughtful reflection.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle wellness practice that supports relaxation and emotional well-being. During a in-person session, a reiki practitioner uses light touch or places their hands just above or directly on the body to encourage deep rest and calm. During a virtual session, reiki is passed through the person resting and the practitioner meditating through the phone call or virtual platform.
Many people choose Reiki during pregnancy as a nurturing way to slow down, reduce stress, and feel more connected to their body and growing baby. Sessions are supported in a calm, quiet environment.
Reiki does not require belief or prior experience. Some people describe feeling warmth, ease, or a sense of calm, while others simply enjoy the opportunity to rest and reset.
Reiki is a complementary practice and is not a replacement for prenatal or medical care. It is intended to be used alongside regular pregnancy care as a supportive, calming experience.
