Radiant Light: Birth + Postpartum Care Package

(1-2) Prenatal visit(s) + unlimited text and email support - On-call for your birth from 34 weeks to your estimated due date - Continuous in person birth support from active labor through 2 hours postpartum - Latching initiation and feeding support - Birth Guide - Tailored discussion for birth desires, comfort measures and position changes - Childbirth Education Class -Postpartum text check-ins from birth to 8 weeks

(3) Postpartum Visits - (3-4 hours) each:

- How to use baby products: diapers, swaddles, baby wearing/wraps, and more..

- Baby care: holding baby while you have a moment. A moment to shower, to eat, to rest, to walk around and get fresh air or indulge in a cup of tea or coffee.

- A listening ear: motherhood and parenthood can be a huge transition time for families. I am here to provide a non-judgmental ear and an open heart.

- Light housework: washing and sterilizing bottles, laundry, and light tidy.

- Lactation and feeding suggestions: *Disclaimer: I am not a lactation counselor or consultant. However, I have supported families in their feeding journey. My personal views are fed is best. So I am happy to explore options with you as you navigate what works best for you and your baby.
